This elegant resort hotel, which overlooks Otsego Lake, is the site for the Opening Film, Citizen Jane: Battle for the City, and the Closing Film, Kedi: The Cats of Istanbul. The ballroom seats 200.
Village Hall Ballroom
22 Main Street, Cooperstown
The Village Hall Ballroom is a new venue for Film Days. The just-renovated space on the second floor of the Village Hall, which also houses the Cooperstown Art Association and the Village Library, seats 125. A new projector, comfortable seats, and room darkening panels make this an ideal place to watch films. The Film Days companion exhibition On Arrival, which features works by Pooh Kaye and Cara Wood Ginder, is on view on the Ballroom through November 19.
63 Pioneer Street, Cooperstown
This grand hall, a former church, is now the home base of Townsend Catering, a popular Cooperstown caterer. For 2017, the venue has been enhanced for film viewing with new sound panels. Templeton will host the Taste of Mexico Buffet dinner on Saturday, as well as Selections from the Black Maria Festival, and the late night films Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
Fenimore Art Museum

The 121-seat auditorium at the Fenimore Art Museum is fully equipped with comfortable seating. The Fenimore will host eight Film Days screenings.
The Farmers’ Museum

The Jones Center at The Farmers’ Museum will be the site for the free film on Friday, November 10. A New England lunch will be available for purchase.

The casual atmosphere of the Cooperstown Distillery makes a great venue for the Film Days Wrap Party and Live Auction on Sunday, November 12.
